• The card is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be sold or used for any other services.

• The cash balance on the card is valid for a period of 4 months from the date of purchase, while tokens are valid only on the day of purchase.

• Mission: Play! by Mattel reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

• A 5% VAT applies to all transactions.

• Mission: Play! by Mattel management is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged cards. A replacement fee of AED10 will be charged for issuing a new card in case of loss or damage.
